Drybulk Operations Manager (m/f/d) based in Singapore
Your tasks:
Communication with vessel Owners, Captains, Charterers and Brokers regarding the fulfilment of the agreed Charter Party terms and/or Pool Agreement
Supervision of all financial matters in relation to the Voyage or Time Charter Party
Preparing the final calculation of the actual result of voyage charters
Monitoring the daily performance of the vessels
Supervising the delivery and redelivery procedures
Coordination with port agents and their appointments
Controlling Time Charter hires and freight payments
Preparation of Hire/Freight Invoices and Demurrage/Dispatch calculations
Your qualifications
You have minimum 1-3 years operations experience in dry bulk with solid know-how of voyage and time charter parties
You are self-motivated and have a strategic mind-set with strong ability to grow business and relationships
You are a teamplayer, customer orientated with strong communication and negotiation skills
